LKC Familiar & Confident Complete Series

Service Description

The LKC Five-Session Confidence Series is a private, progressive handgun training program designed for individuals and couples who want more than a one-time class. The series begins with understanding and safe handling, then builds step by step through live-fire fundamentals, practical gun-handling skills, and increasingly independent range work. The pace is based on the student, not a rigid calendar. Each session builds on the last, with time between sessions to practice, ask new questions, and develop skills at a comfortable and appropriate pace. The series includes: Familiar + Confident | Classroom (1/5) A hands-on introduction to firearm safety, operation, ammunition, storage, maintenance, and safe handling. This session is designed to remove uncertainty before live fire begins. Familiar + Confident | Range Foundation (2/5) A supported introduction to live fire using the SGT BSAF fundamentals: stance, grip, trigger, breath control, sight alignment, aiming area, and follow-through. Capability | Range Capability (3/5) The student begins applying those fundamentals to practical skills, including presentations from the holster, practical accuracy, common malfunctions, multiple targets, steel, and measured practice. Confidence | Range Confidence (4/5) The skills come together through holster work, multiple-target drills, precision shooting, malfunction management, Dot Torture, steel targets, and an individualized continuing-practice plan. Gun Cleaning & Maintenance (5/5) Our classroom based Gun Cleaning & Maintenance class will take you through field stripping, cleaning, lubricating, assembling, and testing of your firearm. Includes a complementary gun cleaning kit. This is not a qualification course and it is not built around speed or high round counts. The goal is to help you become safe, capable, informed, and increasingly confident with your own firearm while giving you a clear path for continued improvement.
